- What if I do not have text messaging for Automated Fraud Alerts?
You will still receive Automated Fraud Alerts via phone and email.
- How do I opt-out of text alerts and/or pre-recorded phone calls?
To opt out of text alerts, reply STOP to any text alert. You may also unsubscribe by calling us at 800-342-3086 and asking to be unenrolled for Automated Fraud Alerts. To opt-out of pre-recorded phone calls on your mobile device, contact us and ask to be unenrolled from Pre-Recorded Automated Fraud Alerts/Digital Calls. - What number will fraud alert come from?
Fraud Alerts will come from 91937.
- Can I still dial my contact's extension?
No. Anytime during your call, you can now press 9 to reach the directory and say the name of the person you are trying to contact to be transferred.
- What happens after I file a credit card dispute or report fraud?
All disputes or fraud reports will be investigated within 90 days of receipt. Refunds to your account can happen at any time during those 90 days. You can follow up on your report by calling our Existing Fraud & Dispute line at 800-342-3086.
- Why did the name of my checking account change?
With the introduction of our new checking accounts, we’ve decided to rename some of our existing products to provide greater clarity around the product benefits.
- Is there a maximum balance limit for earning the higher dividend rate with an Interest Earning Checking account?
Yes, you can earn the higher dividend rate on balances up to $15,000. Balances exceeding $15,000 will earn our regular dividend rate. For current rate information, please visit our Rate Dashboard.
- Can I have both an Interest Earning or Rewards Checking account simultaneously?
No. You can only have one or the other. However, you can have up to four (4) additional Free Checking accounts.
