- How do I dispute a charge on my account?
We must be made aware of disputed or fraudulent/unauthorized transaction within 60 days of that month’s statement date. A dispute is processed depending on the method used to clear the original transaction. Please contact us by phone at 800-342-3086 or in person for additional assistance.
- I need a new Ascend Debit/ATM/HSA card. Do I need to visit an office?
If you need a replacement debit card, you may visit your local Ascend branch with a valid photo ID to have a new card instantly issued. Otherwise, a replacement card will need to be ordered. Please contact us at 800-342-3086 to order your card. Any ATM card orders are processed through our Card Services Department with your card arriving by mail or to the branch of your choice within seven to 10 business days.
- Can I request check copies?
You may obtain check copies by visiting your nearest Ascend branch or by calling us at 800-342-3086 to place an order. You also have the option to view check images through online banking and our mobile app.
- What is the routing or ABA Number for Ascend?
Ascend's routing number is 264181626.
- Does Ascend offer checking accounts?
Ascend's Preferred checking accounts are opened with and initial deposit of $25. Legacy checking accounts are opened with an initial deposit of $20 or the establishment of an incoming automatic transfer or direct deposit. Learn more about both accounts, or open one now.
- How do I report a lost or stolen ATM, debit, or credit card?
To report a lost or stolen Ascend card, please call 800-342-3086 during normal business hours. After business hours, please call 800-250-9655.
- How do I order checks?
Select the account you would like to order checks for. In the app or in a mobile browser select the three dot menu at the top of the screen and select order checks. On a desktop browser select order checks on the top right portion of the screen.
- How can I place a stop payment?
Stop payment is available inside online banking and the mobile app. In the app, go to Menu, then Manage, and then select Stop Payment. In online banking, click on the three dots (for more links) icon, then select Stop Payment. You can also contact us at 800-342-3086 or at any financial center to inquire about stop payment options.
