How can I place a stop payment?

Stop payment is available inside Ascend Digital Banking. In the app, go to Menu, then Manage, and then select Stop Payment. In online banking, click on the three-dot icon, then select Stop Payment. You can also contact us at 800-342-3086 or stop at any financial center to inquire about stop payment options.
