- What are Card Controls?
Card Controls allow you to set up rules for when a purchase should or should not go through on your debit and credit card(s). You can also place a temporary suspension on your card(s) in the event you cannot find them, then simply turn it off once it's back in your possession.
- How can I setup Card Controls in the Ascend App?
Log in to digital banking or the mobile app and select your credit card from the list of accounts, then click “Card Services.” Under this area, you’ll be able to disable or enable your credit card, request a new card, submit a travel notice, manage card alerts and card controls. All card alerts and notifications will be delivered to your phone number. If the phone number is unavailable, they will be sent to your email address.
To review your contact information in online banking, go to Menu>Settings>Profile. You will be able to see the primary/secondary emails on file, as well as, all phone numbers.
