- What is Financial Health Checkup?
Financial Health Checkup is a tool to help analyze your overall financial well being based on your stage of life and future goals. It tracks important metrics like spend to income ratio, debt to income ratio, and emergency savings.
- Can I add external financial accounts to be able to see all of my accounts in one place?
Yes. Members are encouraged to add your accounts from other financial institutions to easily view and track your finances.
- Can I stop a check or ACH payment inside digital banking?
Yes. Visit the stop payment link and follow the on-screen instructions. Fees may apply.
- How do I remove an external account from my dashboard?
In the Ascend app, select the account, click the three dots on the upper right and choose "Remove Account". Using a desktop browser, choose the account, select "More" and then choose "Remove Account".
- How do I remove or hide an account from my dashboard?
Choose the account you would like to remove, select "More" and then choose "Remove Account".
- How do I update my contact information?
To update contact information visit your profile page. In the app, choose menu, then settings and finally profile. In digital banking select the profile icon in the upper right and choose profile.
- Can I send money to another member via digital banking or the app?
Yes. Members can send money to another member using the member to member function in the make a transfer menu option or by using Zelle®.
- Can I change the accounts that I see in recent transactions?
Yes. Accounts can be toggled on or off by selecting the three dots at the top right of the widget. You can choose to show only Ascend accounts, external accounts or any combination of both.
