If both keys are lost, please notify the manager of the Ascend branch where your box is located. He or she will arrange for your box to be drilled, which involves a fee of $125.
Our branches offer a number of services, including safe deposit boxes, notary services and coin centers. However, these services may not be available at all of our branches. To discover what additional services each branch provides, visit our Branches/ATMs page.
You will need to visit a branch to remove the joint owner from your account.
