- How do I change my debit or credit card PIN?
Members should call 888-886-0083 to change their debit or credit card pin.
- How do I make a transfer?
Choose the make a transfer menu option. You can then transfer between your internal accounts, set up recurring transfers, transfer funds to another Ascend member, or pay an Ascend loan with a debit card.
- How do I view my scheduled transfers?
To view scheduled transfers choose Make a Transfer from the menu. Scheduled transfers is the second selection.
- Can a M2M code be reused to initiate a member-to-member transfer?
No. M2M codes are one time use to ensure security.
- What is the quick balance widget?
The quick balance widget allows you the convenience of checking your account balances on your home screen on your phone without having to launch the Ascend app or log in.
Installation of the Ascend app is necessary to add the quick balance widget to your home screen.
- What human resource services does Paychex provide?
