As a service to our members, Ascend offers $2,000 of Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to primary members age 18 to 69.
Provides coverage for death or dismemberment because of a covered accident.
Members age 18 to 69 who sign up will receive a complimentary no-cost coverage for being a member of Ascend.
Can be a good supplemental coverage to life insurance.
Members can also purchase additional coverage to increase their benefits.

- Do I need to opt-in or sign up to get Ascend's AD&D insurance?
Yes. Ascend has paid in full for members to receive $2,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance through TruStage Insurance Agency. TruStage has a form that must be completed and returned to them in order for the insurance to take effect. Members typically receive this form in the mail from TruStage with an offer to add more coverage at the member's expense.
