Do you offer refunds on ATM service fees?

Use your Ascend debit or ATM card for surcharge-free transactions at more than 55,000 ATMs worldwide in the Allpoint Network. If you’re at an Allpoint Network ATM and receive a request to accept a surcharge, press “yes” to proceed with the withdrawal. Don’t worry – that fee will be automatically refunded.
