NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM ASCEND FEDERAL CREDIT UNION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. EACH ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.
The "2026 Youth Month Sweepstakes" (Sweepstakes) begins at 9:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on April 6, 2026, and ends at 4:59:59 PM CDT (Entry Deadline) on May 1, 2026 (Sweepstakes Period). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law.
WHO MAY ENTER: The Sweepstakes is open to prospective and current members of Ascend who are aged 17 and younger. Entrants under the age of 18 must have his/her parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to enter. Ascend Federal Credit Union employees, officials, and members of their immediate families and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Business entities are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside of the United States, and where restricted or prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER: You will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes when you open a new primary youth savings account OR make a deposit of at least $10 to an existing youth savings account during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be processed by the Entry Deadline to qualify. Maximum number of entries allowed during the Sweepstakes Period via this method of entry is one. Information collected during the account opening (name, address, email, phone number) will be used for account maintenance, official credit union communications, and marketing communications. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Visit any Ascend branch and fill out a paper entry form. Maximum number of entries allowed during the Sweepstakes Period via AMOE is one per person. Ascend will not verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Ascend and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged AMOE entries. All paper entries must be received by the Entry Deadline to qualify.
Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The prize is one pair of Ascend Amphitheater tickets to a show of their choice during the 2026 concert season. These tickets cannot be resold. Names of winners are submitted to Opry Entertainment Group and tickets are sent via email or can be placed at Will Call and picked up with a valid ID (“Prize”). The ARV of the Prize is limited to $470. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with one of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses not specifically stated as being included herein including, but not limited to, taxes and all personal costs and expenses. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prize. In the event of any difference between the stated ARV and the actual cost of the Prize, no refund or payment for any difference will be provided. No refund or value will be provided if a Prize is not or cannot be used or is otherwise declined.
Prize Drawing: One Winner will be selected on May 8, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM CDT by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and will be contacted by phone and/or email. The Winner will be notified within three business days of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to receive personal confirmation from a Winner of being selected as a Winner within three business days from the first notification attempt, or if a Winner (i) is found to be ineligible, or (ii) fails to comply with the Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until a Winner is confirmed. The Prize will be fulfilled digitally (via email) within 30 days of receiving confirmation from the Winner. Odds of winning are based upon the number of total entries received.
Conditions of Participation and Limitations of Liability. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions will be final. If, for any reason, the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes becomes compromised, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the administration of the sweepstakes. Each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property, resulting in whole or in part from acceptance or use of the Prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion or production agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, representatives, agents and employees are not responsible for lost, late, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions that may limit an entrant’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes, or for other hardware, software or technical errors of any kind, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or with respect to any Sweepstakes‐related materials. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected shipments.
Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity with regard to the mechanics of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect information caused by printing, technical, or human errors which may occur during the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays, or the theft, loss, or destruction of entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned because of tampering, intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other reason (each an “Intervening Cause”), which affects the security, fairness, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period, or otherwise award the Prize through a drawing from all eligible entries received which, in Sponsor’s opinion, were not affected by the Intervening Cause. All claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out‐of‐pocket costs incurred but in no event attorney fees. Entrants waive any claim for punitive, incidental or consequential damages. With regard to the Prize awarded, Sponsor makes no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Void where prohibited.
Disputes. All disputes arising under these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations related to the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and the federal courts or state courts located within Coffee County, Tennessee, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matters herein.

Winner’s List. For the names and addresses (city and state only) of the Winners, send a self‐addressed stamped envelope postmarked by May 30, 2026, to Ascend Federal Credit Union, Marketing Dept., 520 Airpark Drive, Tullahoma, Tennessee 37388.
