By clicking “Submit,” you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and you consent to Ascend Federal Credit Union collecting and using the information you provide—including your name, contact details, membership duration, and story content—for the purpose of reviewing, responding to, and potentially featuring your story in promotional, educational, or member engagement materials. 

You also expressly consent to be contacted by Ascend using the contact information you provide (including phone, email, SMS, or text message; message and data rates may apply) solely for purposes related to your story submission, including (i) Requesting additional testimonial information; (ii) Confirming your consent to use your name, membership duration, and direct quotations in Ascend’s marketing materials; and (iii) Informing you if your story is selected for publication. 

Our team will review your submission, and if selected, we’ll be in touch before featuring your story. If selected, Ascend may share your testimonial with the general public through various marketing channels, including but not limited to its website, social media platforms, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law.
