1. Social Security number.
2. Estimated Home Value.
3. Current Mortgage Balance - If applicable.
4. Current Mortgage Payment - If applicable.
5. If refinancing an existing HELOC - Your current balance.
6. Government-issued driver's license, state ID, or military ID if you're not a member with Ascend yet.
7. Estimated monthly cost of homeowner's insurance and property taxes if paid out of pocket.
