You can bank virtually anywhere, anytime with the Ascend mobile app, ascend.org, and STAR phone banking. If you need cash, there are more than 55,000 fee-free ATMs that you can access using your Ascend debit/ATM card. We also offer 24/7 phone support. You can call 800-342-3086 with account questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.
