How do I enable or update my phone number or email address to receive one time passcodes by text message?

To add or update your mobile number or email address for one-time passcodes, visit your profile page. In the mobile app, choose Menu, then Settings, and then Profile. In digital banking, select the profile icon in the upper right and choose Profile. From there, you can enter your phone number into the mobile phone field to receive passcodes via SMS text or your email address to receive them via email.
