Digital Banking

Can I hide accounts so they do not show up in digital banking or the app?

Yes.

  • Log in to online banking at ascend.org. from a computer or mobile browser
  • Click “My Settings” within the account widget
  • Scroll down to “Other Settings” and select the “Rename & Hide your accounts” option
  • Uncheck the box next to the share or loan you would like to hide from the My Accounts widget

Note: Once account is hidden from the “My Accounts” view, you will no longer see the account as an option to transfer money to or from and scheduled recurring transfers will stop.
