Flanda’s goal as a mortgage originator is to help Ascend members achieve their homeownership goals while staying financially secure, whether they are purchasing, refinancing, lowering their interest rate, or accessing home equity. She builds strong relationships throughout the loan process, reflecting her commitment to each member's financial well‑being. Flanda holds a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Public Relations and has been with Ascend since 2009, joining the mortgage department in 2021.
