Ascend Federal Credit Union employees and members raised $2,190 during this year’s Costumed for a Cure benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

That brings the 13-year total raised by Ascend to $33,353 to help the LLS fight blood-borne cancers.

Credit union employees were encouraged to dress in their favorite mask-free costume or decorate a pumpkin. Members were invited to visit an Ascend branch on Halloween and vote for their favorite costume or pumpkin with a donation.
