2. Estimated RV/motorhome Value - If known.
3. Make and Model Preference - If known.
4. Vehicle Trade-In Value - If applicable.
5. Government-issued driver's license, state ID, or military ID if you're not a member with Ascend yet.
6. Previous address if at current address for less than two years.
