In order to comply with directives from local officials, all members, non-members, and employees are required to wear a cloth face covering or mask while in the following branches unless exempted by the order. This will help protect you, our employees and each other.

We have reduced the number of tellers available to observe social distancing requirements. We apologize in advance for any extended wait times this may create and thank you for your patience.
All Ascend locations have resumed lobby operations. Social distancing measures continue including limiting the total number of people at each location to help ensure the health of both you and our employees. Plexiglass screen guards have been installed at all teller locations, greeter stations, and offices. Employees are also required to wear masks.
If maximum occupancy is reached at any location, an Ascend employee will be available at the door for check-in and you may be asked to return to your vehicle until someone is available to assist you. You may also encounter health screening questions upon entering a branch. We appreciate your patience as we strive to serve you in the safest way possible at this time.
