Ascend is committed to doing our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. While we are limiting in-branch visits to only essential, non-transaction related needs, our drive-up locations remain open. Any changes to schedules or operations will be communicated here.
To help protect our employees and members and to minimize the potential spread of COVID-19, all Ascend lobbies will be available by branch entrance check-in only until further notice. Members who need branch services will be greeted at the door by an Ascend employee and asked to remain in their vehicle until they are escorted inside.
All Ascend locations featuring drive-up lanes remain open and available to assist with your transaction needs. We encourage you to use our drive up, mobile app, or online banking as we strive to maintain social distancing recommendations and keep both you and our employees safe.
