We have reduced the number of tellers available to observe social distancing requirements. We apologize in advance for any extended wait times this may create and thank you for your patience.

All Ascend locations have resumed lobby operations. Social distancing measures continue including limiting the total number of people at each location to help ensure the health of both you and our employees. Plexiglass screen guards have been installed at all teller locations, greeter stations, and offices. Employees are also required to wear masks.

If maximum occupancy is reached at any location, an Ascend employee will be available at the door for check-in and you may be asked to return to your vehicle until someone is available to assist you. You may also encounter health screening questions upon entering a branch. We appreciate your patience as we strive to serve you in the safest way possible at this time.

We encourage you to use our drive up, mobile app, or online banking as we strive to maintain social distancing recommendations and keep both you and our employees safe.

In order to help protect our members and employees, you may be asked a series of questions if you need to access a branch lobby. Among the things you may be asked:

  • Have you had a fever of 100.4°F or higher within the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced cough/shortness of breath?
  • Have you recently had pneumonia or the flu?
  • Have you traveled out of the state or out of the country in the past 14 days?
  • Do you have COVID-19, or have you come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

We are taking enhanced measures to keep our branches a low-risk place to visit and have always been diligent about the cleanliness of our facilities. 4. Use our ATMs or app instead of visiting a branch
